Lue to Rejoin Cavs vs. Pelicans as Observer

Associate head coach Larry Drew has been coaching the Cavaliers in Lue's absence and led them to a 5-1 record.

With six games left in the regular season, the Pelicans are fading fast after losing Friday night in Cleveland 107-102. In 22 minutes of action, the veteran point guard had scored 8 points on 4-of-7 shooting in a game in which Cleveland trailed the Pelicans by 10 points at halftime. Jrue Holiday led the Pelicans with 25 points.

LeBron James made history early, then he did what it took to win in the fourth quarter. He will be re-evaluated on Saturday. Clarkson scored 14 points in the second half.

It's important that the Cavs begin to play the best ball of the season right now, and they've arguably been doing just that in their last few games - with the exception of an absolute beatdown at the hands of the Miami Heat.
