Dragon Ball FighterZ launch events gets extended - Open Beta now available

Will you be giving FighterZ a fair shot this weekend?

The latest episodes of "Dragon Ball Super" airs in Japan every Sunday, while the U.S. and other Western countries could catch up with the new titles through streaming service providers such as FunimationNow and Crunchyroll. Fans are hoping that other new characters, like the female Super Saiyan, Caulifla, and Freiza's Universe 6 counterpart, Frost, will also join the game's roster. The event showcased all kinds of cool Dragon Ball cosplay and displays. The trailer for the game, which shows Hit, features his striking and lightning-fast moves.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is set to launch on January 26, 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Hit's signature attack is Time Skip, an ability that lets him jump forward in time by a tenth of a second. The sequel took place five years following the conclusion of the first series (which then followed Goku as he grew from a kid into a young adult) and featured a grown-up Goku who now had two sons of his own, named Gohan and Goten.

Fans who are keen to get their hands on the game will be able to play the beta version on PS4 and Xbox One from Sunday 14th January until Tuesday 16th January.
