GAL GADOT Quitting WONDER WOMAN Sequel Unless RATNER Removed

Gal Gadot, for her part, backed out of an appearance where she was supposed to present the Tree of Life award to Ratner at a dinner in his honor. "They can't have a movie rooted in women's empowerment being part-financed by a man accused of sexual misconduct against women", the source added.

A source told Page Six that Gal is "tough and stands by her principles".

Currently, "Wonder Woman" has brought in $822 million for the year - making it the seventh-highest grossing film in the world - and was the highest grossing movie of the summer, domestically [chalking up $413 million].

"This is what happens when you attempt to ambush Wonder Woman: The instant your hands fall upon her, she's already holding them-your hands are her hands now".

RatPac-Dune Entertainment and Warner Bros. appear to be obligated to their current co-financing agreement through spring of 2018, according to that report.

A spokesperson claimed the issue came down to a scheduling conflict as Gadot has been on a worldwide publicity tour with her "Justice Leage" cast, however it seems more and more likely it may also be due to allegations surrounding the director, producer and founder of RatPac-Dune Entertainment. Warner Bros. had chosen December 13 back when Episode IX was scheduled for May 2019, and under the wings of Colin Trevorrow.

After the LA Times's report on Ratner was published, Warner Bros. announced it was severing ties with him and RatPac-Dune Entertainment, but it's now unclear how that might affect the Wonder Woman sequel, or what kind of deal is already in place.

Warner Bros. cut ties with Ratner after six women, including actress Olivia Munn, accused him of sexual harassment and misconduct.

The allegations have also led Ratner to step away from all Warner Bros. -related projects.

Ratner's lawyer denied all allegations.

"'You should f-ck her to make her realise she's gay.' He said this about me during a cast and crew "meet and greet" before we began filming, X-Men: The Last Stand", Ellen wrote on Facebook.
