Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 Has Entered Mass Production

So, if the Mi Mix 2 will really come with the Snapdragon 836, Qualcomm will announce the processor in the next few days, at least ahead of the Mi Mix 2 launch on September 11. It was also reported that the handset will feature a 6.4-inch QHD screen with 2,560x1,440 pixels resolution, a 4GB/6GB./8GB RAM, a 128GB/256GB storage, a 19MP rear camera, a 13MP front-snapper and a 4,500mAh battery. Shortly thereafter, leaked renders and a live image of the bezel-less smartphone surfaced online. This is for the first time that a live image of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 has leaked in full glory. The Mi Mix 2 will have an unparalleled screen-to-body ratio and the curved edges will pronounce the effect it intends to achieve. The handset could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 processor, which is a huge step up from the Mi Mix's Snapdragon 821 chipset. Now if a report coming straight from China is to be believed, Xiaomi is said to be working on its successor dubbed as Xiaomi Mi 7.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be announced next week in Beijing. Earlier, in May it was reported that Snapdragon 845 was in development and is expected to be built on a new 7nm process.
