Taylor Swift Says Alleged Assault By DJ David Mueller Was "Horrifying"

She said she noticed nothing amiss during the brief meeting and that she and Mr Mueller were rudely escorted out of the arena later that evening. Swift is now countersuing Mueller for just $1.

"Do you think Mueller got what he deserved?" his attorney Gabriel McFarland asked. Swift is countersuing, saying she was sexually assaulted. Asked if he grabbed her backside, the former disc jockey for Denver radio station KYGO-FM replied, "No, I did not".

Mueller's hand is behind Swift but it is not clear where it is placed. Coomer called it a lie.

When the groping occurred, Taylor was standing in between Mueller and his girlfriend for a photo.

Mueller has sued Swift, claiming he was falsely accused and lost his job.

Hershel Coomer, Mueller's supervisor at the radio station, said that before the night of the concert he had no desire to fire Mueller.

Mueller has testified the photo was "weird and awkward", but he touched Swift in the ribs, not in the rear.

In her testimony, the pop star was cordial, but direct and sometimes testy while being questioned by a lawyer representing Mueller. "Why did I teach her to be so polite?"

But if Swift felt she had been groped, she said, then she had the right to press the radio station to investigate her allegation.

Her testimony lasted about an hour.

When the possibility was suggested that Mueller may not have been the person who groped her. "He grabbed my ass underneath my skirt".

Taylor Swift testified on Thursday in the defamation trial over her claims that a Denver DJ groped her during a public appearance. Swift's bodyguard and Simbeck are listed as potential witnesses. She's trying to tell people out there that you can say no when someone puts their hand on you.

"I did not want every interview from now on to have to make her include what happened to her".

Ms Melcher added that Mr Mueller was devastated by the allegations.

Mueller testified on Tuesday that he may have made incidental physical contact with Swift, perhaps brushing her arm or torso.

She testified assertively that the DJ lifted her skirt and grabbed her bare a** cheek intentionally.

Judd, who recently spoke about "everyday sexism" that she experienced in an encounter with airport security, thanked Swift for "taking a stand". Vogue reports the lawyer then asked Swift if she was critical of Dent for not preventing the alleged incident.

"It was a definite grab. a very long grab", she said.

"I know I saw it", he said.

He originally sued in state court in Colorado, but Swift's attorneys moved to have the matter transferred to federal court, which is allowed if a party lives out of state.
