Swift attends jury selection in groping case

She added: 'It was completely intentional, and I have never been so sure of anything in my life'.

He was terminated from his position on June 4, 2013, two days after the alleged incident with Swift.

According to a report by #Usa Today, despite the fact that Swift did not call the police until several years after the incident the case has made it to trial.

She is seeking a verdict that awards her $1, while holding Mueller responsible and "serving as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts".

Shamed by the public and under fire after Swift's claim, Mueller was let go from his job with 98.5 KYGO. They are also each expected to testify at some point during the trial.

Refusing to let Mueller make these claims unchecked, Swift brought forth a counter suit less than a month later and called into question both Mueller's character and his version of events from that evening.

He and Melcher were then escorted out of the Pepsi Center and he was sacked two days later, after Swift's radio promotions manager Frank Bell told Mueller's bosses about the incident.

Prospective jurors in a civil trial involving dueling lawsuits between Taylor Swift and an ex-Denver radio disc jockey are being asked whether they are fans of the singer-songwriter or the former host of a country music show.

According to pre-trial legal documents obtained by CNN, Mueller launched a law suit in 2015 claiming Swift and her co-defendents (including her mother), falsely accused him of improperly touching the star, and is now seeking £2.3 million in damages. KYGO claims Mueller was sacked for violating the morality clause of his contract after it says it independently determined that he lied about the incident, changed his story and inappropriately touched Swift. The recording was all set to be a crucial part of the legal debate, but Mueller ended up destroying or throwing away the four electronic devices it was allegedly stored on. He was assigned to attend Swift's concert at the Pepsi Center in Denver in June 2013.

Swift and Mueller are both expected to testify, along with Mueller's former boss and members of Swift's entourage. Swift's skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms.

In his complaint, he also says he told a member of Swift's security detail to contact the police when confronted about the alleged assault but claims they called his bosses instead. The AP says the trial could last about two weeks.

Baldridge, meanwhile, has said Swift is upset by Mueller's claim that 'for some reason she might have some incentive to actually fabricate this story'.

The trial is expected to last nine days.

Mueller's lawyer, Gabriel McFarland, has argued in previous hearings that he could be the victim of mistaken identity.
