Aishwarya at Cannes Film Festival with Aradhya

This year's Cannes Film Festival is special for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the actress is presenting her 2002 movie Devdas at the film festival again. She was sporting the L'Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Powder Highlighter in Rose and the Tint Caresse in Rose Blossom blended with Orchid Blossom on her lips. She looked statuesque and quite the princess out of a fairy tale.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan left for Cannes on Wednesday night. With her daughter, Aaradhya, in tow, Aishwarya also exemplified her glorious role as a yummy mummy on the roll! Aishwarya will be sashaying down the red carpet today and tomorrow for the festival that will last until 28th May.

The 70th annual Cannes Film Festival started on the 17th of this month and will continue till 28th May.

Recounting her first experience at the fest, Aishwarya said: "We attended the festival not just as artistes but as proud representatives of Indian cinema, and showcasing a film that meant so much to us".

A courtyard (red carpet really) full of photographers awaited the princess and then she gracefully acknowledged them as she made her way to the screening of the day at Palais des Festivals.

Aishwarya's colleague Deepika Padukone closed her Cannes tour on Thursday while Sonam Kapoor is expected to arrive on Sunday.

The couture dress having broad floral motifs all over gave Bachchan an hourglass look. She chose to keep her makeup minimal opting for a nude, illuminated look with sparkling eyes and voluminous lashes.
