Seahawks' Boykin arrested after Dallas crash

Seahawks quarterback Trevone Boykin was arrested in Dallas on Monday morning after a vehicle he was riding in backed into a bar.

"Four people on the crowded sidewalk were hit by the auto and a bartender inside the club was injured as the vehicle pushed through the front wall".

The Seahawks quarterback and former TCU star was booked into Dallas County Jail at 4:43 a.m., according to online records. As of Monday morning, Boykin's bond has not been set.

Officials said a female driver crashed into Sidebar Uptown Dallas, hitting several people. None have life-threatening injuries, but the accident was just the start of Boykins' latest troubles.

Seattle Seahawks backup quarterback Trevone Boykin has been arrested again.

Boykin was the starting quarterback for TCU in 2014 and 2015.

Boykin was arrested in San Antonio after he allegedly punched a police officer who was trying to break up a bar fight on December 31, 2015, two days before TCU was to play in the 2016 Alamo Bowl.

Boykin's agent and the Seahawks didn't immediately comment. "We are still gathering information and are disappointed".

As part of his plea agreement, Boykin was sentenced to a year of probation and was ordered to attend alcohol awareness and anger management classes as part of the terms of his probation. He made five appearances, throwing for 145 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
