During the "After the Final Rose" special, Rachel Lindsay took the stage to set the mood for her upcoming adventure on "The Bachelorette", but to everyone's surprise, show host Chris Harrison announced the commencement of Rachel's journey by revealing her first four suitors. "You're about to meet a few of the guys that are vying for your heart".

She has been open that she's dated both white and black men in her life.

She seemed to be a good sport unlike viewers who aren't so forgiving.

Finally, Rachel met the honest Eric who managed to keep his cool during the first meeting. I mean, you don't need to be a comedian.

"I don't [exclusively] date African-American men, I've dated all races before, and so I'm hoping the cast reflects what America looks like and I'm excited that my season is hopefully the one that has the opportunity to do that", she told E!

"I'm normally not at a loss of words, but I don't even know what to say right now", Rachel said after the commercial break while the first limo was pulling up.

Aside from asking ABC for diverse candidates, Lindsay also knows what she wants in the men. "And for the record, I'm pretty sure ABC chose those four guys for a reason - none of them are going to win", he tweeted.
