President Donald Trump, hours after taking office, instructed the agency overseeing Obamacare to interpret some of the law's regulations loosely ― in ways that could undermine it even before Congress gets around to repealing it. The ordersays "It is the policy of my administration to seek the prompt repeal" of the law.
"The Affordable Care Act has done much more than bring quality, affordable health coverage to millions of Americans". If Trump follows the Obama administration's lead, he can suspend the minimum coverage requirements across the board if they place a "fiscal burden on any state", in the words of his memo.
Mr Trump demands that the law requiring Americans to purchase health insurance is abolished and proposes that individuals are allowed to use tax-free Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to pay for treatments.

Obamacare is a programme to provide health insurance cover to those Americans, who do not receive medical insurance from their employers or not covered under the free healthcare schemes of the U.S. government. They last week signed bills to complete the first step to repeal the law.
